You know what? I don't eat cereal any more, really. If I have to pick, I'd say I like eating kamut puffs as a snack now and then.

Not currently eating them, nooo. But I like the ones with chocolate icing. Or the jam filled ones with a sugar crystals coating.

Not often. But I like strawberry jam and fig jam when I do have it.

Leftovers from last night. A black bean and quinoa vegetarian patty on a wholegrain bun with tomato, lettuce and avocado.

Hah. I use the microwave to cook just about everything. I like nuking frozen veggies as a snack.
N: is for nutrients, do you likes carbs, fats, or proteins best?
I like them all. In my personally preferred ratio. I tend to eat 45% carbs, 25-30% protein and 25-30% fat.

Chicken breasts, eggs, tuna, protein powder, fish, red meat, beans, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese etc...

Cooked in 1/3 milk,2/3 water with chia seeds, vanilla extract, protein powder, pureed peaches and dessicated coconut.

Carefully. Lol. I try to be flexible and always carry healthy snacks in my handbag for emergencies.

Sardines with tomato paste, cayenne & lentils.

Iron supplements. Fish oil.
