Leftovers from last night. A black bean and quinoa vegetarian patty on a wholegrain bun with tomato, lettuce and avocado.

Hah. I use the microwave to cook just about everything. I like nuking frozen veggies as a snack.

I like them all. In my personally preferred ratio. I tend to eat 45% carbs, 25-30% protein and 25-30% fat.

Olive oil.

Chicken breasts, eggs, tuna, protein powder, fish, red meat, beans, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese etc...

Cooked in 1/3 milk,2/3 water with chia seeds, vanilla extract, protein powder, pureed peaches and dessicated coconut.

Carefully. Lol. I try to be flexible and always carry healthy snacks in my handbag for emergencies.
